Each candidate must possess solid mathematical skills and an aptitude with computer programs like MS Office, have a desire to work with the public, and can work a flexible retail schedule (which includes two days off per week and will require working days, nights, weekends, and most holidays) Office Lead is responsible for training/coaching all CSR's.
This position also plays a key role for recruiting new talent, hiring and employee retention.
The lead position is responsible but not limited to the job description listed below:
Maintain neat and clean work area at all times.
Ensure all Sales are processed correctly & free of error Checking tickets daily (before filing) Check for QUICKITEMS Ensuring Sku's are ordered (As needed).
Access Ashley Direct ensuring PO's reflect accordingly.
Ensuring Balances reflect accordingly.
Process financing paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Ensure each sale is processed with correct lender.
Follow up with guest to ensure authorizations do not expire.
Schedule deliveries for customers at time of purchase.
o Effectively working dispatch track ensuring parts are order o Ensuring all tech are scheduled accordingly Regularly work Order Management.
o Notate customer orders o work in-stock orders/CPW report daily o Scheduling accordingly Shifting customer del dates as requested Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries in person, over the phone and via email.
Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's customer service policies.
Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs.
Completing the daily task sheet and putting it with correct business date Scheduling of CSRs (In partnership with Sales Managers) o Overseeing all schedule changes o Overseeing all requested off times Checking tickets daily (before filing)Check for QUICKITEMS Manage Order Management (route scheduling / funding) Faxing / Emailing Pickup slips to be billed out Going over/Reviewing the Escalations Sheet with Store Manager Support sales associates, customers, and managers in the processing of payments, verification of finance applications, and delivery questions Verifying the accuracy of and delivery fees The Office Manager will review filing from previous day and ensure paperwork is processed correctly daily.

Manage Tag Markdown Strategy with Support from Sales Manager and Visual.
