Job Description:
Under general direction, provides technical support and assistance for Group employees at multiple NA locations and remote users throughout US and MX.
Responsible for being the primary contact for troubleshooting client issues, involving network, hardware, software, telecommunications, and security issues.
Must support business policies and maintain company standards.
Hybrid position - 2 days at home, 3 days at LaGrange facility Entry level position requiring AA in Computer Science or equivalent work experience Must have 2-3 years of experience with Microsoft based software on both client and serverplatforms.
Experience with Citrix environments & cloud based or hybrid environments.
