We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing carwash team.
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the manager in achieving business goals.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and train team members to provide exceptional customer service Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner Manage inventory levels and place orders as necessary Assist with creating schedules and assigning tasks to team members Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained Support the manager in achieving goals Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve overall performance Requirements:
