Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to be responsible for the sales process and customer service.
Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out.
You will help our customers select products based on their needs and help them achieve their desired results with our services and products.
A sales associate must be at least 18 years old.
They must be able to work without special accommodations and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate, Sales representative or similar role Basic math skills (including multiplication and division) Hands-on experience with POS systems and customer service Ability to build rapport with customers Excellent communication skills (hearing and speaking English is a must!) Ability to multitask and prioritize work High school degree:
College degree is a plus but not required Duties:
Meet and exceed sales goals by performing store functions, such as:
cash handling, merchandise display, customer service, and sales.
Maintain an outstanding store appearance that meets or exceeds company standards.
Greet customers upon entrance/exit, provide information about products/services, answer questions, assist customers in selecting the right merchandise for their needs.
Place merchandise on the sales floor and check for quality before placing each order.
Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed, labeled, priced, and stacked at all times.
Ensure that all sales materials are properly stored at all times.
Ensure that all inventory is rotated regularly.
Perform daily cleaning duties at all times using appropriate cleaning supplies/equipment.
Maintain the store's cleanliness at all times by following proper cleaning procedures.
Report any maintenance issues to the store manager or supervisor immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
