-Greet and checkout customers -Answer phone and respond to emails -Create quotes and invoices for customers via Quickbooks -Maintain a prioritized running calendar of jobs that are in progress -Create marketing & advertisement campaigns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management, marketing management or related role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using Quickbooks and other computer software - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment This position is for an individual who seeks to grow with a company.
The ideal candidate would have experience in marketing and advertising.
You could expect to work the front counter and interact with our customers.
This position is not for a shy or introverted person.
No knowledge of the print industry is needed, we will teach you everything that you need to know.
The most important tasks are:
1) keeping up with job specifications and due dates in an agenda.
2) marketing & advertising.
