You will help operate the front house CREW by providing excellent customer service, taking orders, operating a cash drawer, and baggin food.
You will be working in a demanding environment alongside others in a customer facing area.

Responsibilities:
Ensure food is handled safely and properly Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times Adhere to all sanitation guidelines Assist the Shift Manager as and when necessary Dispose of waste as per Roger's and authority standards and adhere to recycling guidelines Conduct general cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up, washing up, Emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuring placement in the correct containers.
Cleans large equipment as assigned, following established procedures.
Consistently adheres to SDS (Safety Data Sheet) information related to the proper and safe use of chemicals in the workplace.
Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order Clean, sanitize and close workstations Uses and maintains all equipment according to standards.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the kitchen manager Assist in food preparation as directed by manager Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting etc.
) Treat all customers with respect and verify orders to ensure they are correct Handle monetary transactions and take phone and orders in person Assemble to-go orders and dining room order to Roger's standards.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management REQUIREMENTS Knowledge (or willingness to learn) of a POS system and creating ticket orders The ability to use knifwares, cookware, etc.
