Works closely with, Senior Managers, Community Services Managers, Account Payable Coordinator, Admissions Coordinator, and all other staff as needed.

Description of Key Responsibilities General
Summary:
Under general supervision processes Accounts Receivables/Billings for the agency.
Makes deposits to financial institution(s).
Assists Director of Financial Services in compiling monthly financial statement and annual budget.
Performs related month and year-end financial duties.
Maintains AR files and records.
1.
Annually plans and coordinates agency budget.
Schedules budget timeline.
Prepares and distribute budget schedule and budget package to Directors.
Prepare preliminary budget utilizing Directors budget submission and return preliminary budgets to Directors.
Finalize budget after receiving final input from Directors.
Review proposed budget with Director of Finance and Executive Management Group as requested.

Coordinate with Program Directors/Coordinates as appropriate the preparation of grants and related budgets.
Correspond with Program Directors/Coordinators to obtain appropriate budget forms and other needed documents in preparation of Grants Budgets.
Prepare in consultation with appropriate program personnel Grant Budgets meeting all specifications and required limitations.
Submit final budget and other related documents to Director of Finance and Program Personnel for review, approval and submission with Grant.

Ensures all Grants are accurately and timely recorded.
Obtain appropriate forms for submission of data to retrieve funds.
Coordinates preparation and timelines of fund retrieval submission with appropriate personnel.
Accurately and timely submit funding request to Grantor to maximize funds for the Grant.
Ensure expected funds are properly recorded in financial statements.

Coordinate Food Service billing and reporting.
Prepare Food Service reports to DOE.
Input required data to Doe on-line reporting system.
5.
Coordinates DOE Education reporting.
Prepare Education budgets for submission to appropriate school board personnel.
Prepare and submit to appropriate school board personnel monthly reports of education expenses as budgeted.
Monitor and coordinate collection of funds received from DOE and/or Board of Education.
6.
Performs audits of General Ledger Accounts Works with Payroll/Benefits Coordinator to ensure related General Ledger Accounts are reconciled.
Works with Accounts Payable Coordinator to ensure related General Ledger Accounts are reconciled.
Reviews all transactions for propriety and provides Director of Finance support for questionable items.

Assists Director of Financial Services in compiling monthly financial statement.
Performs related monthly and year-end duties.
Reconciles all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
Prepares monthly schedule identifying details of balance sheet accounts for Director of Finance.
8.
Assists Director of Financial Services with annual audit and tax return.
Prepares schedule as needed by the auditor.
Analyses General Ledger Accounts to ensure accuracy.
