The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, hospitality, and leadership skills to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality control.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase profitability.
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations for the food and beverage team.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and specials.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the food industry or hospitality sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus.
- Culinary background or understanding of kitchen operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
