- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner.
- Stock supplies such as food or utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
- Sweep or scrub floors.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
- Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
Experience - Previous experience working as a dishwasher in a banquet hall, hotel, restaurant, or similar setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of culinary and food service industry practices is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Experience with bussing tables and handling food is beneficial.
