Responsible for the preparation of State and Federal tax returns.
Responsible for the supervision of TCYFS Finance department staff.
Responsible for the preparation of budgets for new projects or programs, including a comprehensive business plan or pro forma.
Takes part in the development of contracts and MOU's with State and federal agencies, school systems and other payees.
