4K a year Hyundai Glovis Georgia, a tier 1 supplier to Kia Motors Manufacturing has an opening for an Operations Admin Specialist at our facility in LaGrange Georgia.
This position will be responsible for Completing purchase orders / getting approvals / ordering product Matching bill of ladings to invoices and submitting for payment Auditing sub-contractors invoices, creating backup for invoices and processing invoices for payments at end of each month.
Assisting Operations Manager with special products as needed Assisting Customers and Vendors as needed with any delivery and/or shipment discrepancies Scheduling in coming and out going deliveries Conducting daily inventory counts on assigned parts Tracking and reporting of KPI's as requested Creating / Updating SOP's and work instructions as needed Minimum Skills:
-3-5 years experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
-Advanced communication, critical thinking, planning and organization skills.
-Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint including the ability to create reports, graphs and to work with pivot tables.
-Must be able to work overtime as needed, including weekends.
-Must have previous experience managing inventory, preferably in an automotive environment.
-Must have previous experience in planning and prioritizing work.
