Seeking a Human Resources Director who will plan and implement human resources policies, programs, and services that drive organizational and employee performance and a productive work environment. Key areas of focus include HR administration, staffing, employee orientation, employee relations, management consultation, policy guidance, compliance, and safety. MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will possess a college degree
Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience
3 years in a supervisory/managerial position
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices
Strong recruiting experience
Knowledge in compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development and compliance
Ability to travel 10% of the time as needed.
Bilingual preferred
