Seeking a Human Resources Director who will plan and implement human resources policies, programs, and services that drive organizational and employee performance and a productive work environment. Key areas of focus include HR administration, staffing, employee orientation, employee relations, management consultation, policy guidance, compliance, and safety. Our target applicant will be able to execute hands-on activities while also having the experience and acumen to contribute to the company's management team on strategic planning and execution of business objectives.
MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will possess a college degree
Minimum of 5 years of human resource experience
3 years in a supervisory/managerial position
Demonstrated knowledge of employment law and HR practices
Strong recruiting experience
Knowledge in compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development and compliance
Ability to travel 10% of the time as needed.
Bilingual preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
