Manufacturing Production Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide the leadership and direction for the all production departments, as they pertain to assure attainment of customer and company goals.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan and coordinate daily production staffing assignments.
2. Manage production output.
3. Ensure compliance for employee safety and workplace organization.
4. Maintain relations with internal supports teams Quality, Material Control and Engineering/Maintenance.
5. Assure production members are tested and evaluated as required.
6. Use situational leadership principles to foster fair and consistent management within the manufacturing area.
7. Maintain continuous improvement efforts in production in the production area.
8. This position is responsible for supporting ISO/TS 16949 and has the responsibility and authority to stop a production process that is producing non-conforming product.
9. This position has the responsibility for supporting ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001; the company's environmental, health, and safety programs. They should also be aware of the occupational health & safety risks of their job, and how their job affects the environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1. High School or GED.
2. Strong manufacturing management and employee relations experience.
3. Fundamental muffler assembly and welding processes.
4. Successful in leadership/interpersonal communication principles to achieve organizational/customer expectations.
5. Ability to lead/manage a minimum of 10 employees within a fast paced environment that requires a sense of urgency from the position and will instill this in their direct reports.

Salary:
Based on experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
