Job Description:
The Customer Service Professional (CSP) is an entry level position as a customer service representative working within a team.
The incumbent is the single point of contact for 'assigned' relationship customers and is proficient in all aspects of customer service activities.
The CSP represents the company to individual customers (both internal and external) in an operationally excellent manner.
The CSP receives, analyzes, interprets, processes and responds to customer requests and inquiries for products and information.
The CSP communicates in a prompt and efficient manner to ensure the flawless execution of acquiring, inputting and processing of customer orders, and responding to order related inquiries.
Primary Job Functions:
Manages and executes the customer order process, invoicing and invoice correction processes Pro-actively work with customers to keep them advised of account status and understand changes in their needs and requirements Interface with internal organizations including Warehousing, Truck/Rail Operations, Cash Application, Collections, Credit, Marketing, Sales, Data Administration, and Supply teams Supports external customers across designated work areas Maintains positive customer relationships with internal and external customers and carriers; generally first point of contact for inquiries, issue resolution, etc Consistent and operationally excellent application of customer service procedures and corporate processes Works well within a team environment Requirements JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
