Overview:
Responsible to make sure paperwork is correct, scan, file, print return tags, consign requested items, weekly payroll for department, give assistance and direction to inventory receiver and merchandise handlers, assure quality control and accuracy throughout the corporation and any job necessary to complete an assignment.
Responsibilities:
Check paperwork, make sure it is scanned correctly, send original paperwork to Data Control, mail distribution, file copies, consign out requested items.
Print return tags.
Assist dealers and store managers in resolving shortages on returns or if they need help in how to do repo's and returns that another store is doing for them.
Keep employee time for the department.
Give assistance and direction to inventory receivers and merchandise handlers.
Assure quality control procedures are followed.
Maintain productivity standards and reporting.
Assist dealers and corporate managers in any way possible to assure inventory accuracy at the store level and in the Dealer Returns area.
Coordinate and assist with department audits.
Create and/or maintain various reports for management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma / GEDOne to two years office and inventory control experience (preferred.
)Computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to read and interpret documents, instructions, policies and procedure manuals.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and percentages.
Ability to communicate effectively with dealers, managers and personnel by telephone, or through written communication; assimilate information and make decisions; work under pressure in a detailed, organized manner.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
